How HandyFabricator Works

HandyFabricator is currently focused on its Indore pilot. Service availability depends on project scope, trade requirements and operational capacity.

1

Project Scope Intake

Clients outline project requirements in Indore, including dimensional drawings, structural parameters, material grades, and requested completion horizons.

2

Scope Review & Feasibility Check

Requirements are evaluated for technical specifications, material grade availability, site access conditions, and trade capability within our active pilot network.

3

Trade Matching & Readiness Controls

Trade-category and specialist-based matching with partner verification pipeline and readiness controls routes project scopes to eligible trade professionals.

4

Milestone & Execution Tracking

Work coordination proceeds under project-specific milestones (such as material staging, fabrication fit-up, and site assembly) with milestone tracking where applicable.

5

Milestone Review

Trade execution, dimensional alignment, and workmanship are reviewed against agreed project-specific specifications prior to stage sign-off.

6

Completion Sign-Off

Upon satisfactory stage review, milestone completion is recorded in platform records in accordance with project-specific terms.

Platform Process Standards: HandyFabricator provides project-specific coordination, partner verification pipeline reviews, and milestone tracking where applicable. We do not guarantee unconditional contractor availability, fixed project timelines, pricing, or quality outcomes without requirement review.
