Data deletion requests are handled through our manual operational review process to guarantee account ownership and safeguard against unauthorized account destruction.
Step-by-Step Deletion Request Process
Submit Your Request
Submit your data deletion request via email or through the Partner Portal:
Specify request type: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Mobile Number]
You can also submit directly when checking registration status on the Partner Portal.
Information Required
Please include the following verification details:
- Registered Mobile Phone Number: The number used for your partner registration or OTP challenge.
- Partner Registration ID: If available (e.g.,
HF-PARTNER-XXXXX). - Full Name: As provided during registration.
Identity Confirmation
To prevent fraudulent or malicious requests, our support operations will confirm account ownership through a one-time verification message to your registered mobile number prior to performing any deletion.
Processing & Resolution
We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to security, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements. Upon completion, written confirmation of your request resolution will be sent to you.
Record Retention Notice
Certain records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or regulatory obligations. Retained records are kept in restricted, access-controlled archival storage and are isolated from regular operational processing.
